Kevin Carano

Kevin Carano began his career with New York Life in 2010 and quickly established himself as a top performer, achieving Executive Council* and class leader recognition within his first two years. Promoted to Partner in 2013, he ranked among the Top 25 Partners nationally in 2017 and was appointed Senior Partner in 2018 — a reflection of both his production success and his ability to develop high-performing professionals.
Over the past three and a half years, Kevin served as Managing Partner of the Kansas General Office, where he focused on recruiting, developing, and mentoring financial professionals committed to building meaningful, long-term careers. Under his leadership, the office emphasized a culture of accountability, professional growth, and leadership development.
He was subsequently promoted to Managing Partner of the Eastern Washington General Office, where he continues to attract driven, entrepreneurial individuals seeking the opportunity to build a business with the support, training, and backing of a Fortune 100 company. Kevin is passionate about helping advisors reach their full potential — both professionally and personally — and takes pride in building leaders who create lasting impact in their communities.
A graduate of Fresno State University and former Track and Field athlete, Kevin brings a competitive mindset, disciplined approach, and team-first philosophy to his leadership.
Kevin and his wife, Michelle, are the proud parents of three children: Maddox, Quentin, and Monroe. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and cheering on his New York Giants.
